(Nasdaq: GLRE) (“Greenlight Re” or the “Company”), a specialist property and casualty reinsurance company headquartered in the Cayman Islands, has established October 29, 2020 as the date for its 2020 annual general meeting of shareholders (the “Annual Meeting”).
