Greenlight Re reported a net loss of $142.8 million for the first quarter of 2018, compared to net income of $8.4 million for the same period in 2017. The net loss per share for the first quarter of 2018 was $3.85, compared to fully diluted net income per share of $0.22 for the same period in 2017.
