(NASDAQ: GLRE) (“Greenlight Re” or the “Company”) today announced financial results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2018. Greenlight Re reported a net loss attributable to common shareholders of $80.8 million for the fourth quarter of 2018, compared to a net loss attributable to common shareholders of $37.7 million for the same period in 2017. The net loss per share for the fourth quarter of 2018 was $2.25, compared to a net loss per share of $1.02 for the same period in 2017.
